2009 Registration Information

You will make payment via PayPal and your forms will be emailed to you. To complete registration you will need to sign and return all paperwork.

We will again ask that all fees (membership fee, snack stand deposit & sports fee) be paid at the time of registration. This was a huge help with the volunteers in charge of fundraising, snacks and registration. We understand this can become a burden, especially to families with more than one child. Don't let finances keep your child from participating. If payment is a concern, please contact John Koch or Rich Beaumont about payment arrangements.

REQUIRED PAPERWORK FOR REGISTRATION

• Completed Membership form (signed by Parent/Guardian)
• Registration Fees, Snack stand deposit, fundraising money.

REGISTRATION FEES

Co-Ed 5-6 years old - $40.00
Rookie 7-8 years old - $70.00
Minors 9-10 years old - $70.00
Majors 11-12 years old - $70.00

There is a $150.00 cap on the sports fee per family for those with more than two children playing ball.
